ConnectSeven was hired to bring Explore Edmonton’s vision to life at RendezVous Canada 2024 by creating an unforgettable Host City Night for 1,500 international tourism leaders. Through creative storytelling, a multi-level venue transformation, and partnerships with over 50 local vendors and performers, the team delivered an immersive Edmonton experience.
Sustainability and Indigenous inclusion were prioritized at every step, with 97% of the budget reinvested into the local economy. The event’s success earned it a finalist nomination for Best Event for a High-Profile Non-Profit at the Canadian Special Events Awards, celebrating its lasting impact on both the global audience and the local community.
