Emma is a Co-Founder and Partner at ConnectSeven Group, and leads the firm’s Event Management division. She oversees client relationships and the integration of sustainability and impact across projects, making sure client expectations are always exceeded. Emma brings creative vision to every event, keeps teams aligned and decisions moving, ensuring polished, high-calibre experiences that elevate client brands and captivate audiences.

With more than two decades of experience, Emma brings calm leadership to complex, multi-partner events. Before ConnectSeven, she served as Director of Operations at MCI Group Canada, led the Ops team at TED Conferences, and has supported projects for major organizations including the United Nations and the International Chamber of Commerce. Clients value her practical oversight and steady approach, which allows ambitious events and bold activations to run seamlessly while staying on time, on budget, and executed to an exceptional standard.
