As an innovative sustainable destination strategist, Alexis oversees tourism research, destination sales, sustainable development and special projects within ConnectSeven. She is a leader, speaker and innovator within regenerative tourism including community development and environmental sustainability. She works with various regenerative framework’s including ConnectSeven's Event Benefits Framework and Economic and Socio-Cultural Impact Model, Global Destination Sustainability Movement’s Destination Sustainability Index and #Meet4Impact's Legacy Framework. Alexis excels at managing complex tourism projects and implementing new and unique regenerative tourism initiatives.

Alexis has worked with global destinations to develop and promote their destination including Destination Canada, Destinations International, Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership, Visit Copenhagen, Visit Monaco, Helsinki Tourism, Destination DC, Tourism Sun Peaks, Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo Economic Development & Tourism, Travel Alberta, Explore Edmonton, and many more.

Prior to starting ConnectSeven, Alexis was the Manager of Tourism Development for Intervistas Consulting and previous to that was the top Sales Manager for MCI Group Canada. She has managed monumental programs including DestinationNEXT's Best Practices and the Atlantic Canada Travel Trade Readiness Toolkit. Alexis is an advisor with MeetingsMeanBusiness, and is also a founding member of the BC Meetings & Events Industry Working Group developed to help the industry recover from COVID-19.

A logistics and project management expert with close to 2 decades of experience in project management and event execution including multiple tourism stakeholder events. Emma is a leader in creating innovative, activating and ground-breaking events and engaging platforms to sell destinations, while implementing sustainable event strategies – reducing event footprints while enhancing social impacts.

At ConnectSeven Emma is responsible for overseeing precise event execution and delivery. Considered a specialist at project managing multi-faceted event teams, comprised of clients, suppliers and contractors, She has an unrivaled ability to understand what a specific project requires, curating tried and true project management principles to make sure targets are met and exceeded.

Prior to starting ConnectSeven, Emma was the Director of Operation, for MCI Group Canada. Emma has worked with world-renowned events and companies including TED Conferences, the United Nations and Destination Canada His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama's Public Address.

Cynthia Osepchuk

Director of Events

A team leader and project management expert with almost 2 decades of leading strategic and driven teams. Her career is powered by her ambitious attitude, strong relationships, and incredible growth mindset.

Cynthia is a powerhouse professional who seeks to bring out the best in her team and clients and dig deeper to better understand their needs. She enjoys mentoring and coaching. She thrives when developing strategies with clients, whether identifying creative ways to elevate the attendee experience, finding new revenue sources, guiding leadership teams through strategy sessions, or determining how to re-imagine an event.

Cynthia is responsible for overseeing operational delivery of ConnectSeven's events and team, ensuring that each client's needs are exceeded, and making sure each event team creates memorable experiences focused on sustainability.

With a diverse background including marketing, sales, venue management, and conference management, Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients and teams. When not working with the team and clients, Cynthia can be found outdoors camping, skiing, or hiking with her dog.

Pascale is a Senior Project Manager at ConnectSeven Group. She is a purpose-driven event and project management professional with over 7 years of diverse experience specializing in conferences, tradeshows, galas, and special events. Pascale has delivered high-caliber events in a wide range of industries within the public and private sectors across Canada.

Pascale works with clients and partners to help implement innovative, sustainable, and creative solutions to elevate their events and projects. She excels at logistics and operations, and her attention to detail means that events and meetings go smoothly from concept to completion.

Pascale is a true collaborator and brings diverse experience leading interdisciplinary teams and cultivating relationships with key industry partners. With a focus on intentional programming and a commitment to excellence, Pascale designs and executes impactful events that people remember, for the right reasons.

Hannah Kellett

Sustainability Consultant

Hannah is a Sustainable Tourism Consultant at ConnectSeven Group where she contributes to a variety of regenerative tourism projects ranging from destination assessments and strategies to curriculum and product development. Specializing in destination stewardship, she holds a Master of Science in Responsible Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University which enables her to bring both industry and academic perspectives to C7's clients. Before joining C7, Hannah worked at Destination BC building and implementing destination stewardship resources and learning programs for British Columbian tourism organizations. Passionate about Indigenous tourism, Hannah believes that responsible tourism is reconciliation in action.

Prior to her work in the tourism industry, Hannah held progressively senior roles in international relations at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). This included managing the global non-profit organization they spearheaded, The Montreal Group, which brought together state-owned, development banks from around the world.

Bev Amos is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 16 years of extensive experience in Destination Management and Corporate Events. She holds an Advanced Health and Safety Diploma, along with obtaining certifications as a Certified Meetings Professional (CMP), Digital Event Strategist (DES) and a Sustainable Event Professional (SEPC) along with training as a Psychological Safety Advisor. Recognized for her meticulous attention to detail and customer-centric approach, Bev has a proven track record of delivering exceptional events across various industries.

Her strategic mindset and adaptability shine through as she collaborates closely with clients and partners to implement innovative solutions, ensuring events are elevated to new heights while adhering to safe and sustainable practices. With expertise in logistics and operations, Bev ensures that every aspect of event planning and execution runs seamlessly, prioritizing health and safety protocols to guarantee attendee well-being.

She spent several years in media promotion, non-profit and post-secondary institutions, gaining expertise in strategic planning and the implementation of successful conferences and events in Canada and internationally. As a digital event strategist, she has navigated both digital and hybrid events.

Ashley's passion for what she does and her background in marketing and communications means she understands the full picture beyond event logistics. She is motivated to stay on top of industry trends and bring innovative ideas in order to ensure everything she produces is valuable to her clients.

Melissa is a highly driven, detail oriented Project Manager at ConnectSeven Group. With a background in entertainment and production management, Melissa excels at collaborating with clients to create their ideal event while respecting budget limitations. She is passionate about building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.

With a background working in production within the entertainment sector, Melissa has worked with some of the biggest artists and talent agencies, is AV savvy, and is adept at managing large load in’s and creating stage & AV show flows. She has helped build, execute, and manage a multitude of events ranging from corporate conferences, to jam-packed concerts. Melissa’s positive attitude and goal driven work ethic, bring creativity and direction to every project she works on.

Danielle is a Project Manager at ConnectSeven Group with an extensive background in high volume event management and over 10 years experience in entertainment and venue management. Danielle is a creative events professional with a diverse skillset who provides exceptional communication skills to liaise with management, clients, staff, suppliers and stakeholders to build strong relationships, while clearly relaying information and providing direction.

With a background in the entertainment industry, Danielle has worked with some of the top corporate talent in BC and beyond. She managed a portfolio of accounts consisting of luxury hotels, such as the Fairmont and Pan Pacific to provide consultation and design each space through the client vision for their daily events.

Danielle is also a skilled virtual event platform builder, and helps ConnectSeven’s clients navigate the digital event world, making sure their events are both intuitive and engaging for attendees.

Lynn Chitty

Project Coordinator

Lynn is a Project Coordinator at ConnectSeven Group with over 10 years experience representing a diverse range of clients on the frontlines of Vancouver’s dynamic event industry, providing onsite coordination and support at trade and consumer shows, conferences, live promotions and virtual events.

Prior to joining the event industry, Lynn worked in the medical sector, where she coordinated sales & marketing initiatives and was responsible for organizing technical workshops and monitoring client satisfaction according to established ISO: 9001 quality assurance protocols.

Lynn is passionate about supporting clients and team members to achieve their visions and with a background in marketing, sales, and administration, she has gained a broad skill set that allows her to provide support wherever it is needed.
